Common questions
What plans are available?
ResellBestie offers three tiers:
- Free — a one-time allotment of items to try the app, no credit card required.
- Casual — a monthly item allotment for part-time resellers, billed through Apple or Google.
- Pro — a larger monthly allotment for active resellers, billed through Apple or Google.
Current pricing and item counts for each tier are shown in the app. You can also purchase item top-up packs as one-time in-app purchases if you go over your monthly allotment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Manage them in your device settings:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ResellBestie
- Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ResellBestie
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google — we don't process them directly.
- Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase.
- Google Play: tap the order in Play Store within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund, or contact Google Play support for older purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account → Delete account. We remove your personally identifying information immediately; anonymized records required for accounting are retained as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also email privacy@resellbestie.com and we will process the deletion for you.
How do I export my listings?
Email privacy@resellbestie.com with your account's email address and we'll send you a JSON export within 7 days.
The AI got something wrong on my listing.
Tap the thumbs-down icon on the result inside the app — it's the highest-signal feedback we have and goes directly to us. For an immediate fix, edit the listing manually before posting. Editing and re-prepping an item you've already captured never uses another item from your allowance, and feedback (thumbs-up or thumbs-down) is always free.
How do I connect my eBay account?
Open Seller Studio on your laptop at app.resellbestie.com, sign in with the same account you use in the mobile app, then go to Settings → Connect eBay. eBay's sign-in window opens — sign in and approve the permissions, and Seller Studio reflects "Connected" within a few seconds. You only need to do this once.
What marketplaces does ResellBestie support?
eBay is currently supported for direct listing via Seller Studio on the web. The mobile app generates listing kits (title, description, price, photos) ready to post to any marketplace — eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, and others — even if direct posting isn't yet supported. More direct marketplace integrations are coming.
I forgot my password / can't sign in.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, use the same sign-in method you originally chose — there's no separate ResellBestie password. If you used email/password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email. If you still can't get in, email support@resellbestie.com from the address associated with your account.
My monthly items didn't reset after my renewal.
Item allowances reset automatically when your subscription renews. If your allotment still shows the old count 24 hours after your renewal date, try tapping Restore purchases in the app (Account → Subscription), then sign out and back in. If the issue persists, email support@resellbestie.com with your account email and renewal date and we'll fix it manually.
